I begin by intuitively sensing the energy of the space—identifying areas that may feel stagnant, heavy, disconnected, or out of balance. Using the resonant vibration of a Tibetan singing bowl, Palo Santo, and mindful movement throughout the home, I work to clear unwanted energy and encourage a more natural, supportive flow of chi.
